The Service provides an IPFS Pinning service, NFT Auditing service, and Auto pinning features, allowing NFT holders to pin their own NFTs and take full custody and ownership of their assets.

**3. User Accounts and Access**

To access the Service, you must create an account by connecting your crypto wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wallet and account information. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we suspect any unauthorized access or use.

**4. Payment Terms**

The Service is available on a monthly subscription basis. We accept credit card payments only. Discounts or promotions may be offered from time to time, and we will notify you of such offers through our social media channels (@nft_freezer).

**5. Intellectual Property and Content**

You retain ownership of your NFTs and any associated intellectual property rights. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your NFTs or content.

**6. Data Privacy and Security**

We collect and store only your crypto wallet address and email address (after checkout). We do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you via email.

**7. Warranties and Disclaimers**

We guarantee an IPFS replication factor of at least three and maintain a highly available architecture across multiple regions. We do not provide any additional warranties or guarantees regarding the Service.

**8. Termination and Cancellation**

We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.

**9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved
